origARMY's designs are usually estimated on an individual basis. Clients, projects and budgets vary; as do the numerous services provided. Fees vary depending on not only the scope of the project but also the level of involvement from the client.
Once a website as gone live. A client can request ongoing maintenance at the hourly rate.
WHAT TIME FRAMES CAN I EXPECT?
Open door policy - origARMY is available on the phone for immediate support + maintenance where possible. If unavailable due to project commitments; origARMY will respond to you within 1 business working day.
48HRS TASK COMPLETION
Some maintenance + support requests are usually completed within 2 working days.
URGENT SUPPORT
If the matter is urgent we will prioritise and attend to it as soon as possible. Please note - additional fees may apply.
In order to request maintenance please use the maintenance request form provided below. If urgent please state this in a text or select 'Urgent' on the level of request via the maintenance request form.
